Notification

The 18th October, 2018

No. 2665-Agri.-II(3)-2018/15529.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Act, 1953, read with rule 3 of Haryana Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Rules, 1993, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to extend the period of Sugarcane Control Board for the State of Haryana which was constituted vide notification No. 4099-Agri.-II(3)-2015/17472, dated 09-10-2015 for further period of two year i.e. 09-10-2018 to 08-10-2020.
