संख्या सा०का०नि० 58/सवि०/अनु० 309/2018.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा स्थानीय लेखा परीक्षा (गु्रप ग) सेवा नियम, 2012, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा स्थानीय लेखा परीक्षा (गु्रप ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2018, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा स्थानीय लेखा परीक्षा (गु्रप ग) सेवा नियम, 2012 में, नियम 9 में, उप-नियम (1) में, खण्ड (ग) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''(ग) लेखा परीक्षकों की दषा में ,-
(i) 90 प्रतिषत सीधी भर्ती द्वारा; और 700 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), OCT. 25, 2018 (KRTK. 3, 1940 SAKA)

Notification

No. G.S.R. 58/Const./Art. 309/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana, Local Audit (Group C) Service Rules, 2012, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Local Audit (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
2. In the Haryana, Local Audit (Group C) Service Rules 2012, in rule 9, in sub-rule (1), for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted namely: –
"(C) in the case of Auditor,–
(i) 90% by direct recruitment; and
(ii) 10% by promotion from amongst Junior Scale Stenographer, Steno-Typists, Clerks; or
