क्रमांक/859.- चूंकि हरियाणा सरकार के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि नीचे निर्दिष्ट भूमि की सरकार द्वारा सार्वजनिक व्यय पर एक सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ नामत निर्माण सिवानी से ढाणी रामजस और ढाणी किषनलाल रोड गांव ढाणी रामजस, तहसील सिवानी, जिला भिवानी हेतू भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है।

इसके द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि नीचे विषिष्टि में वर्णित भूमि उपरोक्त उद्‌देष्य हेतू ली जानी अपेक्षित है। यह अधिसूचना भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 19 के तहत उन सभी को सम्बन्धित को सूचना हेतू जारी की जाती है। उपरोक्त कार्य की अधिसूचना धारा 11 (1) हरियाणा सरकार के गजट नोटिफिकेषन नं0 853 दिनांक 20-04-2018 द्वारा छापी जा चुकी है।

पूर्वाेक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इस उपक्रम में इस समय लगे लोक निर्माण विभाग (भवन एंव मार्ग शाखा), हरियाणा के अधिकारियों को, उनके कर्मचारियों व कामगारों सहित इस स्थान की भूमि में प्रवेष करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उक्त धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित तथा अनुज्ञात अन्य सभी को कार्य करने के लिए इसके द्वारा अधिकृत करते हैं।

कोई भी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे भूमि अर्जन करने पर कोई आक्षेप हो तो इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन से 60 दिन के भीतर अपने आक्षेप लिखित रूप में भूमि अधिग्रहण समाहर्ता लोक निर्माण (भवन एंव मार्ग शाखा), भिवानी तथा कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, प्रान्तीय मण्डल लोक निर्माण विभाग (भवन एंव मार्ग शाखा), चरखी दादरी के समक्ष दायर कर सकता है। इस अधिसूचना के तहत भूमि अधिग्रहण का प्लान व अन्य विवरण उपलब्ध है। किसी भी हितबद्ध व्यक्ति द्वारा उनका अवलोकन भूमि अर्जन समाहर्ता लोक निर्माण विभाग (भवन एंव मार्ग शाखा), भिवानी अथवा कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, प्रान्तीय मण्डल लोक निर्माण विभाग (भवन एंव मार्ग शाखा), भिवानी के समक्ष दायर कर सकता है।(1930) PART I] HARYANA GOVT. Notification

The 29th October, 2018

No. 859.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below is needed urgently to the Government at the public expenses for the public purpose, namely, constg. a road from Siwani to Dhani Ramjas and Dhani Kishan Lal Village Dhani Ramjas, Tehsil Siwani, District Bhiwani.

It is hereby notified that the land in the area described below is required for the above purpose.

This notification is made under the provision of section-XIX of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 (Act 30 of 2013) for the information of all to whom may concern. The Gazette Notification under Section XI (1) stands published vide Haryana Government Gazette Notification No. 853 dated 20th April, 2018.

In exercise of the powers confirmed by aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the officers of P.W.D. (B&R Branch) Haryana with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the area and to allow other Acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the area may, within a period sixty days of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, file an objection, if any, in writing before the Land Acquisition Collector, Public works Department (B&R Branch), Bhiwani.

The Plan of the land may be inspected in the Offices of the Land Acquisition Collector, Public works Department (B&R Branch), Bhiwani and the Executive Engineer, PWD (B&R Branch), Division Bhiwani.
