सख्ंया 97/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 के नियम 81 तथा हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19), की धारा 45 के साथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, उन व्यक्तियों, जिनका रजिस्ट्रीकरण उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन समुचित अधिकारी द्वारा 30 सितंबर, 2018 को या उससे पूर्व रद्द कर दिया गया है, को ऐसे व्यक्तियों के वर्ग के रूप में अधिसूचित करते हैं, जो उक्त नियमों के प्ररूप जी.एस.टी.आर. 10 में अंतिम विवरणी 31 दिसंबर, 2018 तक प्रस्तुत करेंगे।

Notification
The 30th October, 2018
No. 97/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), read with section 45 of the said Act and rule 81 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies the persons whose registration under the said Act has been cancelled by the proper officer on or before the 30th September, 2018, as the class of persons who shall furnish the final return in FORM GSTR-10 of the said rules till the 31st December, 2018.
