क्रमांक 1227/1-एल.— चूकिं, हरियाणा सरकार के राज्यपाल को प्रतीत होता हैं कि नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि, कि सरकार द्वारा सार्वजनिक व्यय पर एक सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ जो पहले से निर्मित कालवा किनाना ड्रैन बुर्जी संख्या 59970 से 60118 तक के निर्माण हेतू गांव बराह कला तहसील व जिला जीन्द में भूमि तुरंत अपेक्षित हैं।
इसके द्वारा यह अधिसूचित किया जाता हैं कि नीचें विषिष्टियों में वर्णित भूमि उपरोक्त उद्देश्य हेतू ली जानी अपेक्षित हैं।
यह अधिसूचना भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 11(I) के तहत उन सभी को सूचना हेतू जारी की जाती हैं। उपर्युक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इस उपक्रम में इस समय लगे लोक निर्माण विभाग, सिंचाई विभाग, हरियाणा के अधिकारियों को, उनके कर्मचारियों व कामगारों सहित इस स्थान की भूमि में प्रवेश करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उक्त धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित या अनुज्ञात अन्य सभी को कार्य करने के लिए इसके द्वारा अधिकृत करते है।
कोई भी इच्छुक व्यक्ति जिसे भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतू किसी किस्म की आपत्ती है तो यह अधिसूचना जारी होने के 60 दिन के भीतर, कार्यालय भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी एवं जिला राजस्व अधिकारी जीन्द के कार्यालय में लिखित रूप से अपनी आपत्तियां दाखिल कर सकते है।
भूमि के नक्शों का निरीक्षण भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी एवं जिला राजस्व अधिकारी जीन्द, तथा जीन्द जल सेवाएं मण्डल जीन्द के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस के दौरान किया जा सकता हैं।

Notification
The 5th November, 2018
No. 1227/1-L.— Whereas it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below is needed urgently by the Government at the Public expenses, for public purpose namely, for already constructed Kalwa Kinana Drain from RD 59970 to RD 60118 in Village Brah Kalan Tehsil & District Jind.
It is hereby notified that the land in area described below is required for the above purpose.
This notification is made under the provisions of Section 11(1) of Land Acquisition Act.2013.
In exercise of the powers conferred by aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the officers of Irrigation & Water Resources Department Haryana with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the area and to allow other Acts required or permitted by that section.
Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the area may, within a period sixty days of the publication of this notification in the official Gazette, file an objection in writing before in the office of District Revenue officer -cum- Land Acquisition Collector Jind.
Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of District Revenue Officer -cum- Land Acquisition Collector Jind & Executive Engineer, Jind Water Services Division Jind.
