The 12th November, 2018

No. 30/01/2013-3IB-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub clause (1) of clause 4 of the Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955, dated 25.10.1956, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to grant approval of terms and conditions of newly appointed Non–officials members issued vide Government memo No. 30/01/2013-3IB-1, dated 11.07.2018 the following as seven Non- Official Members of the Haryana Khadi & Village Industries Board for one year i.e. 11.07.2018 to 10.07.2019:-

1. Sh. Madan Lal Sharma S/o Sh. Faqir Chand, #393, Main Bazaar, Babyaal, Ambala Cantt.

2. Sh. Pawan Kumar S/o Sh. Kesh Ram, PO Nangli, Sohna (Gurugram).

3. Sh. Vijay Sharma S/o Sh. Nanak Chand Sharma, R/o H. No 145, Sector-15 A, Faridabad.

4. Sh. Amrender Singh Arora, #B-99, Sadar Bazaar, Karnal.

5. Sh. Mahavir Kaushik, Mohalla Mishrawala, Near Kanchwala Mandir, Narnaul.

6. Sh. Sanjay Singh S/o Sh. Kanwar Suraj Pal Singh, VPO Ujjina, Nuh.

7. Sh. Jaipal Gupta S/o Sh. Rameshwar Das, #445, Sector-21, Panchkula.

The terms and conditions of governing their appointment shall be as under:

Tenure:-

The tenure of office shall, in the first instance be one year from the date of issue of orders dated 11-07-2018. The Government, may however, curtail the period of tenure at any time or extend it from time to time. (3544) HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), NOV. 12, 2018 (KRTK. 21, 1940 SAKA) 3545

Travelling & Daily Allowance

The Non–Officials members shall be entitled the rate of travelling and daily allowance, while performing journey to attend the Board's meetings, as admissible to Grade- I officers of the State Government. The travelling allowance shall be provided from their place of permanent residence.

Sitting Fee (For Board's Meetings)

The Non-Officials members, while invited for attending the meeting of the Board, shall be entitled to get Rs. 2500/- as sitting fee.

These issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O. No.11/72/2015-IFDIII/22947 dated 31.10.2018.
