Notification
The 14th November, 2018
No. 32/20/HSC/2013-3JJ (1) Haj.— In continuation of Haryana Government Notification No.32/20/HSC/ 2013-3JJ(1) dated 22-08-2017, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to modify the term and conditions of the appointment of Sh. Aurangzeb, Chairman, Haryana State Haj Committee as under:-
1. The tenure of office of chairman shall be one year as per Govt. instructions dated 18.11-2017 and no person shall hold the office of the Chairman for more than two consecutive as per provisions of Haj Act, 2002.
2. Honorarium is allowed Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) per month as per Govt. instructions dated 18-11-2017 issued by Chief Secretary, Haryana.
3. Perquisites:-
Staff Car: No change as already issued on 22.08.2017
Note:- The Chairman Haj Committee is entitled to claim the reimbursement of mileage allowance at the rate of Rs. 18/- per Kilometre on the basis of submission to T.A. detail as per tour approved by Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Home Department, in advance.
4. This notification/modification will come in to force with immediate effect/from the date of its issuance.
5. This issues with the concurrence of the finance department Conveyed vide their U.O. No. 12/18/2014- 5FGII/30124, dated 06/12.11.2018.
