संख्या 18/238/2018-3क1.— हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24), की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदान की गई षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूचि में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थानीय क्षेत्र को जिला हिसार में नगर पालिका, सिसाय के नाम से एक नगर पालिका घोषित करने का प्रस्ताव करते है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र के प्रकाषन की तिथि से छह सप्ताह की समाप्ति पर ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों सहित, जो पूर्वाक्त की धारा की उपधारा (5) द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित इस प्रारूप अधिसूचना के सम्बन्ध में किसी व्यक्ति से उपायुक्त, हिसार के माध्यम से प्रधान सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा प्राप्त किये जायें, पर विचार किया जाएगा।
सीमा की अनुसूची
उत्तर - ग्राम सिसाय कालीरावण की आयत संख्या 87 का उतर पष्चिम कोना जो कि बिन्दु नं0 ए से पूर्व की ओर जाते हुए आयत संख्या 87, 86, 85, 84, तथा सिसाय बोला की आयत संख्या 93, 92 की उतरी सीमा की ओर आयत संख्या 92 का उतरी-पूर्वी कोना जो कि बिन्दु नं0 बी है।
पूर्व - बिन्दु बी से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर जाते हुए गांव सिसाय बोला की आयत संख्या 92, 97, 115, 120, 137, 142, 159 तथा सिसाय कालीरावण की आयत संख्या 151 की पूर्वी सीमा की ओर आयत संख्या 151 का पूर्वी-दक्षिणी कोना जो बिन्दु नं0 सी है।
दक्षिण - बिन्दु सी से पष्चिम की ओर जाते हुए सिसाय कालीरावण की आयत संख्या 151, 152, 153, 154, 155, 156 की दक्षिणी सीमा की ओर आयत संख्या 156 का दक्षिणी-पष्चिमी कोना जो कि बिन्दु डी है।
पष्चिम - बिन्दु डी से उत्तर की ओर जाते हुए सिसाय कालीरावण की आयत संख्या 156, 144, 132, 125, 109, 102, 87 की पष्चिमी सीमा की ओर आयत संख्या 87 का उतरी-पष्चिमी कोना जो कि बिन्दु नं0 ए है। 3704 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), NOV. 20, 2018 (KRTK. 29, 1940 SAKA)

Notification
The 20th November, 2018
No. 18/238/2018-3C1.— In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Sections (1) of the Section-3 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973, the Governor of Haryana hereby proposes to declare the area as per schedule given below to the Municipality, in the name of Municipality Sisai in District- Hisar.
Notice is hereby given that the draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazettes together with any objection and suggestion which may be received by the Principal Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department through the Deputy Commissioner, Hisar from any person in respect of this draft notification as required vide sub-section (5) of the aforesaid section.
SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES
North:- Starting from point A North-West corner of rectangle No. 87 of Village Sisai Kalirawan moving towards East, Nothean boundary of rectangle No. 87,86,85,84 and rectangle No. of Sisai Bola 93,92 towards North-East corner of rectangle no. 92 which is point B.
East:- Thence moving towards South from point B, Eastern boundary of rectangle no. 92,97,115,120,137,142,159 and Sisai Kalirawan rectangle No. 151 towards East-South Corner of ractangle no. 151 is point C.
South:- Thence moving towards West from point C Southern boundary of rectangle no. 151,152,153,154,155,156 of village Sisai Kalirawan towards South- West Corner of ractangle no. 156 is point D.
West:- Thence moving towards North from point D, Western boundary of rectangle no. 156,144,132,152,109,102,87 of village Sisai Kalirawan towards West-North Corner of ractangle no. 87 which is starting point A.
