संख्या 18/239/2018-3CI.— हरियाणा नगरपालिका क्षेत्रों में अपूर्ण नागरिक सुखसुविधाओं तथा अवसंरचना का प्रबन्धन (विषेष उपबन्ध) अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 14) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों को अपूर्ण नागरिक सुखसुविधाएं तथा अवसंरचना क्षेत्रों के रूप में घोषित करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

* अनुसूची के खाना 4 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट उपरोक्त क्षेत्र/कॅालोनी की परिसीमाएं नगर निगम, सोनीपत द्वारा प्रस्तुत की गई अनुमोदित ले आऊट योजना में निर्दिष्ट हैं और सम्बन्ध मण्डल आयुक्त द्वारा सम्यक् रुप से सिफारिश की गई है।
हाई टेंषन लाइन या गैस/पेट्रोलियम पाइप लाइन/ लेआउट योजना और विकास योजना में दिखाई गई प्रस्तावित सड़क के सरेखन के प्रभाव क्षेत्र के अधीन आने वाले भूखंडों को हाई टेंषन लाइन को हटाने तथा विकास योजना में संषोधन तक इस अधिसूचना के अधीन नहीं माना जाएगा।
आवासीय उपयोग के लिए अनुमति मांगने तक वाणिज्यिक, औद्योगिक, संस्थागत और आवासीय से भिन्न अन्य उपयोगों को इस अधिसूचना के अधीन नहीं माना जाएगा।

Notification
The 20th November, 2018
No. 18/239/2018-3CI.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Haryana Management of Civic Amenities and Infrastructure Deficient Municipal Areas (Special Provisions) Act, 2016 (14 of 2016), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the following areas as specified in the Schedule given below to be the civic amenities and infrastructure deficient areas, namely:-

* The boundaries of the above area/ colony as specified in column 4 of the schedule are indicated in the approved layout plan submitted by the Municipal Corporation, Sonipat and duly recommended by the Divisional Commissioner concerned.
The plots falling under influence zone of high tension line or gas/ petroleum pipe line / alignment of proposed road shown in layout plan and Development Plan shall not be considered under this notification till removal of high tension line and revision in Development Plan.
Commercial, industrial, institutional and uses other than residential shall not be considered under this notification till seeking permission for residential use.
