Rule 2 clause (9) of Chapter 11, Part A of the Rules and Orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Volume-I is amended as under:-
"The Judgment rendered by the Subordinate Courts in Civil Suits, Petitions (Civil and Criminal) and the Criminal trials should have a list of witnesses and exhibits at the end in an annexure. The annexure shall be prepared by the Reader/Ahlmad in the court of the concerned Judge. The Reader/Ahlmed shall start preparation of the annexure on the day the examination of the witnesses and exhibiting of the documents start and go on adding the names of witness examined and documents exhibited on each day as the trial progresses till its final conclusion.
It shall also be applicable to orginal petitions, criminal trials and suits tried by District and Sessions Judge/Additional District & Sessions Judge".
