No. 169 Gaz. II/XXI.C.22.— In partial modification of Notification No. 76 Gaz. II/XXI.C.22 dated 01.06.2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer upon the following IAS, AC (UT) officers, the powers noted against their names in column No. 3 below to be exercised within the territorial limits shown in column No. 4 below :–
