No. HBH/CRO(PM)/A-I/2018/11446.— हरियाणा आवास बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1971 (1971 अधिनियम की क्रमांक संख्या 20) की धारा 74 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सचिव, आवास बोर्ड हरियाणा, इसके द्वारा राज्य सरकार की उनके यादि क्रमांक 2/5/2016-2 hg Dated 09.03.2017 द्वारा दी गई पूर्व स्वीकृति से, आवास बोर्ड, हरियाणा (वासागृह का आबंटन, प्रबन्धन तथा विक्रय) विनियम, 1972 को संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः- 1 (1) ये विनियम आवास बोर्ड हरियाणा (वासगृह का आबंटन, प्रबन्धन तथा विक्रय) संषोधन विनियम, 2018 कहे जा सकते हैं।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाषन की तिथि से लागू होगें।
2 आवास बोर्ड हरियाणा (वासगृह का आबंटन, प्रबन्धन तथा विक्रय) विनियम, 1972 (जिसे, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त विनियम कहा गया है) मे विनियम 13 के पश्चात् निम्न खण्ड रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्ः-
विनियमन 13-ए- कब्जा लेेने के पश्चात् फ्लैट को वापिस करने बारे।
'यदि कोई आबंटी किसी भी समय अपने फ्लैट को कब्जे के पश्चात् वापिस करता है तो उस द्वारा जमा कुल राषि का 50 प्रतिषत भाग एवम देय मासिक किष्ते आवास बोर्ड हरियाणा द्वारा जब्त कर लिया जाएगा तथा शेष राषि बिना किसी ब्याज के वापिस कर दी जाएगी।' 3844 HARYANA GOVT. No. HBH/CRO(PM)/A-I/2018/11446.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 74 of the Haryana Housing Act, 1971 (20 of 1971), the Secretary, Housing Board Haryana with the previous sanction of State Government conveyed vide their memo No. 2/5/2016-2 hg Dated 09.03.2017 hereby makes the following regulations, to amend the Housing Board Haryana (Allotment, Management and Sale of Tenements) Regulations, 1972, namely:-
1. (1) These regulation may be called the Housing Board Haryana (Allotment, Management and sale of Tenements) Amendment Regulations, 2018.
(2) These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Housing Board Haryana (Allotment, Management and Sale of Tenements) Regulations, 1972 (hereinafter called the said regulations), in Regulation 13, the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-
Clause 13 A:- Consequences of surrender of flat after taking possession:-
"If any allottee surrenders the flat at any time after taking possession of the same, 50% of the entire amount deposited by allottee would be forfeited alongwith the EMI due and balance will be refunded without interest."
