संख्या 2275/डी.आर.ओ./एल.ए.सी.- चूंकि, हरियाणा सरकार के राज्यपाल के विचार में आया है कि कतिपय स्थान को अप्राधिकृत व्यक्तियों के प्रवेष को रोकने के लिए पूवॉपय किये जाने समीचीन है।
इसलिये, अब, भारत सरकार राजपत्र दिनांक 27-05-1967 में प्रकाषित भारत सरकार, गृह मन्त्रालय की अधिसूचना सं0 का. आ. 1788 दिनांक 19-05-1967 के साथ पठित शासकीय गुप्त बात अधिनियम 1923 (1923 केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 19) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (घ) तथा अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, न्याय प्रषासन विभाग चण्डीगढ़ के यादि 30/1/2018-5, जे.जे. (1)/दिनांक 26-07-2018 द्वारा राज्य के सभी उपायुक्तों को अधिसूचना जारी करने की शक्तियां प्रदान करने के फलस्वरूप प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके लिये नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थान को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए प्रतिषिद्व स्थान के रूप में घोषित करते है, अर्थात

Notification
The 6th December, 2018
No. 2275 DRO/LAC.— Whereas, the Governor of Haryana consider it expedient that recautions shall be taken to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons into certain places.
Now, therefore, in exercise of power conferred by sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Central Act 19 of 1923) read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. S.O. 1788, dated the 19.05.1967, published in the Government of India Gazette dated 27.05.1967 and power conferred to all Deputy Commissioner by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Administrative & Justice Department, Haryana, Chandigarh notification issued by the delegated the power by the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the place specified in column 1 of the Schedule given below to be a prohibited place for the purposes of the said Act, namely.
