No. 3146-Admn.I(2)-2018/5144.— In supersession of this office Notification No. 437-Admn.I(2)-2015/971 to 973, dated 19-03-2015, Pursuant to the section 4 Sub-section (2) (a, b & c) of "The sexual Harassment of Women at Work-Place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013" notified by Government vide Notification No. 14 of 2013 the Governor of Haryana is pleased to re-constitute the "Internal Complaints Committee" to deal with complaints of female employees relating to sexual harassment of women at work place in the O/o Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Haryana, Chandigarh as under:-
1. Smt. Rani Sodhi, Under Secretary to Government, Haryana, Presiding Officer Revenue & Disaster Management Deptt.
2. Sh. Sanjeev Verma, Under Secretary to Government, Haryana, Member

2. The committee will look into the complaints of female employees working in the O/o Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Haryana relating to sexual harassment. Sh. Sanjeev Verma, Under Secretary (Member) has been nominated as Nodal Officer for receiving such complaints and he shall also arrange for the meeting.
3. The "Internal Complaints Committee" shall submit an annual report to the Additional Chief Secretary & Financial Commissioner to Government, Haryana, Revenue & Disaster Management Department.
4. The Headquarter of the Committee will be at Chandigarh.
