संख्या 2/58/2018-2lab.- मजदूरी संदाय अधिनियम, 1936 (1936 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 4) की धारा 6 के द्वितीय द्वारा परन्तुक प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, विनिर्दिष्ट करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ii) में यथा परिभाषित औद्योगिक या अन्य प्रतिष्ठानों के नियोक्ता, अपने प्रतिष्ठानों में नियोजित सभी व्यक्तियों की मजदूरी का भुगतान उनके बैंक खातों में जमा करवाते हुए किया जाएगा।

No. 2/58/2018-2lab.— In exercise of power conferred by the second proviso to section 6 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, (Central Act 4 of 1936), the Governor of Haryana hereby specifies that the employers of the industrial or other establishments as defined in clause (ii) of Section 2 of the said Act, shall pay the wages to the persons employed therein by crediting the wages in their bank account.
