No. 1688-Agri. Sec.-(3)-2018/17835.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 12 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 read with Sub section 1 of section 16 of the said Act and all other powers enabling him in his behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby determines that the Market Committee, Kharkhoda shall consist of 12 members and appoints the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Kharkhoda as official member and further nominates the following persons of the said Committee namely :-
