No. 184/Rules/II.D4 Dated 13-12-2018.—
Clause 2A below Clause 2 of Rule 3, Chapter 17 of the Rules and Orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court (Practice and Procedure), Volume-IV, is inserted as under:-
" A stranger has no right to obtain copies of any judgements/orders of proceedings/documents in cases pertaining to matrimonial matters, The Protection of Children form Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act), sexual offences against women, rape cases and contempt matters."
