संख्या 2/47/2018-2 श्रम.— भवन और अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार (नियोजन और सेवा षर्तें विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1996 (1996 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 27), की धारा 62 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) तथा धारा 40 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा भवन और अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार (नियोजन तथा सेवा षर्तें विनियमन) नियम, 2005, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा भवन और अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार (नियोजन तथा सेवा षर्तें विनियमन) चतुर्थ संषोधन नियम, 2018 कहे जा सकते हैं।

2. हरियाणा भवन और अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार (नियोजन तथा सेवा षर्तें विनियमन) नियम, 2005 (जिसे, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 28 में, उप-नियम (3) में, खण्ड (iii) को हटाया जाता है।

No. 2/47/2018-2lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 62 and sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section-40 of the Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (Central Act 27 of 1996), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018.

2. In the Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005 in rule 28, in sub-rule (3) clause (iii) omitted.
