संख्या-6101/एम०बी०.- चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल के ध्यान में आया है कि कतिपय स्थान अप्राधि—त व्यक्तियों के प्रवेष को रोकने के लिए पूर्वोपय किये जाने समीचीन है,

इसलिए, अब, भारत सरकार राजपत्र दिनांक 27.05.1967 में प्रकाषित, भारत सरकार, गृह मन्त्रालय, अधिसूचना संख्या का०आ० 1788 दिनांक 19.05.1967 के साथ पठित शासकीय गुप्त बात अधिनियम 1923 (1923 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 19), की धारा 2 के खण्ड (घ) तथा अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव हरियाणा सरकार, न्याय प्रषासन विभाग चण्डीगढ़ के यादि 30/1/2018- 5 जे.जे. (1) दिनांक 16.07.2018 व 03.08.2018 द्वारा उपायुक्त, गुरूग्राम को अधिसूचना जारी करने की शक्तियां प्रदान करने के फलस्वरूप प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इसके नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थान को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए प्रतिषिद्व स्थान के रुप में घोषित करते है, अर्थात्‌ :-

No. 6101/M.B.— Whereas, the Governor of Haryana considers it expedient that recautions shall be taken prevent the entry unauthorized persons into certain places;

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of Official Secrets Act. 1923 (Central Act 19 of 1923) read with Government of India. Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. S.O. 1788 dated the 19.05.1967, published in the Government of India Gazette, dated the 27.05.1967 and power conferred to Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana. Administrative & Justice Department Haryana, Chandigarh vide Notification No. 30.01.2018-5(1) dated 16-07-2018 & 03-08-2018 the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the place specified in column 1 to the Schedule given below to be a prohibited place for the purpose of the said Act namely:-
