संख्या 104/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19), की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 36/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
संषोधन
हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 36/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में, अनुसूची में, - (i) क्रम संख्या 43क और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
| ''43क | 0710 | सब्जियां (बिना पकी हुई या भाप या पानी में उबाल कर पकाई गई), फ्रोजन |
| 43ख | 0711 | सब्जियां जो वैकल्पिक रूप से संरक्षित रखी गई हो (उदाहरणार्थ सल्फरडाई आक्साइड से, ब्राईन में, सल्फसर वॉटर में या अन्य संरक्षक विलेयन में), लेकिन जिनका उसी अवस्था में तत्काल उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता है"; |
(ii) क्रम संख्या 121 और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
| "121क | 4904 00 00 | म्यूजिक, प्रिंटिड या मैनुस्क्रिप्ट में, चाहे बाउंड या इलेस्ट्रेटिड हो या नहीं"; |
(iii) क्रम संख्या 152 और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
| "153 कोई भी अध्याय | राष्ट्रपति, प्रधान मंत्री, किसी राज्य/संघ राज्यक्षेत्र के राज्यपाल या मुख्यमंत्री या किसी लोक सेवक को मिले उपहार मदों का सरकार के द्वारा सार्वजनिक नीलामी करके प्रदाय जहां ऐसी नीलामी आगमों का प्रयोग सार्वजनिक या धर्मार्थ के लिए किया जाता हो"। |

Notification
The 31st December, 2018
No. 104/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 36/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-
Amendment
In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 36/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, in the Schedule,-
(i) for serial number 43A and the entries thereagainst, the following serial numbers and the entries thereagainst shall be substituted, namely:-
| "43A | 0710 | Vegetables (uncooked or cooked by steaming or boiling in water), frozen |
| 43B | 0711 | Vegetables provisionally preserved (for example, by sulphur dioxide gas, in brine, in sulphur water or in other preservative solutions), but unsuitable in that state for immediate consumption"; |
(ii) after serial number 121 and the entries thereagainst, the following serial number and the entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely: -
| "121A | 4904 00 00 | Music, printed or in manuscript, whether or not bound or illustrated"; |
(iii) after serial number 152 and the entries thereagainst, the following serial number and the entries thereagainst shall be inserted, namely: -
| "153 | Any chapter | Supply of gift items received by the President, Prime Minister, Governor or Chief Minister of any State/ Union Territory, or any public servant, by way of public auction by the government, where auction proceeds are used for public or charitable cause". |
2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st January, 2019.
