No. 24/Elec-2014-19/2AE-751.— In terms of directions of the Election Commission of India contained in its order bearing No: 509/75/2004/JS-1, dated 15.4.2004 read with the directions contained in the ECI's letter No: 509/75/JS-I/Vol-II; dated: 2.11.2007, No: 491/Media/2009; dated: 18.03.2011, No: 491/Media/2011/793, dated: 08.11.2011; No: 491/Media/Paid News/2011 (Vol-I)/2; dated: 12.10.2012 and No: 491/Media Policy/2013, dated: 8.11.2013, consisting of the following officers is constituted as under with immediate effect:–

4. Shri Baljeet Grewal, Asstt. Director, …Member Regional Outreach Bureau, Kendrya Sadan, Sector-9, Chandigarh.
The above said Committee will entertain the applications of the political parties and organization having their headquarters/registered office in the State regarding certification of their advertisements on television channels, Cable Network, FM Radio in connection with bye-election from 36-Jind Assembly Constituency & Lok Sabha General Election, 2019.
