संख्या 46/103/2018-3IW.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सिंचाई तथा जल संसाधन विभाग, कनिष्ठ अभियंता और अपर उपमण्डल अभियंता (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 2014 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात््ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा सिंचाई तथा जल संसाधन विभाग, कनिष्ठ अभियंता और अपर उपमण्डल अभियंता (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2018, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा सिंचाई तथा जल संसाधन विभाग, कनिष्ठ अभियंता और अपर उपमण्डल अभियंता (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 2014 में, नियम 5 में, "चालीस वर्ष" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "बयालीस वर्ष" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।

Notification

No. 46/103/2018-3IW.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Irrigation and Water Resources Department, Junior Engineers and Additional Sub Divisional Engineers (Group C), Service Rules, 2014; namely:-
1. These Rules may be called the Haryana Irrigation and Water Resources Department, Junior Engineers and Additional Sub Divisional Engineers (Group C), Service (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
2. In the Haryana Irrigation and Water Resources Department, Junior Engineers and Additional Sub Divisional Engineers (Group C) Service Rules, 2014, in rule 5, for the words "forty", the words and sign "forty-two" shall be substituted.
3. In the said rules, in Appendix B, against serial number 3, under column number 3, for the word "Mechnical", the word "Electrical" shall be substituted.
