अंषदाताओं की अंतिम बैठक के आयोजन की सूचना
एतदद्वारा कंपनी अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 497 के अनुसरण में सूचना दी जाती है कि उपरोक्त नामक कंपनी के सदस्यों/अंषदाताओं की आम सभा डी-63, जेएफएफ काम्प्लेक्स, झंडेवालान, नई दिल्ली-110055 में षनिवार दिनांक 02 मार्च, 2019 को पूर्वा. 11.00 बजे उनके समक्ष समापन के संचालन, कंपनी की संपत्ति के निपटान की विधि का विवरण प्रस्तुत करने तथा परिसमापक द्वारा दी जाने वाली किसी व्याख्या की सुनवाई और कंपनी के विषेष प्रस्ताव द्वारा कंपनी की बहियों, लेखा तथा कंपनी और परिसमापक के दस्तावेजों के निपटान की विधि निर्धारण के प्रयोजनार्थ आयोजित की जाएगी। दिनांक 30 जनवरी, 2019.

Notice convening final meeting of contributories
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of Section 497 of the Companies Act, 1956, that a general meeting of the members/contributories of the above name company will be held at D-63, JFF Complex Jhandewalan, New Delhi – 110055, on Saturday the 2nd day of March, 2019 at 11.00 A.M. for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator and also of determining by a special resolution of the company, the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of.
