Notification
The 6th February, 2019
No. 243-Agri Sec. (3)-2019/1869.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section-14 of the Haryana Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to remove Shri Satya Pal Sharma, VPO-Chamar Khera, Uklana Mandi, Hisar from the Membership of Market Committee Uklana with immediate effect.
Consequently, Shri Satya Pal Sharma, VPO-Chamar Khera also ceases to be the Chairman of the said Committee with immediate effect.
In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section-17 of the said Act, the Governor of Haryana is further pleased to appoint Shri Dharambir Verma S/o Shri Balbir Singh, VPO Mugalpura, Tehsil-Uklana, Distt. Hisar as Producer Member of Market Committee, Uklana with immediate effect against the vacancy caused due to removal of Shri Satya Pal Sharma.
In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section-16 of the said Act, the Governor of Haryana is further pleased to nominate Shri Dharambir Verma S/o Shri Balbir Singh, VPO Mugalpura, Tehsil-Uklana, Distt. Hisar as the Chairman of Market Committee, Uklana aslo.
