संख्या 803.- हरियाणा के राज्यपाल उप-मण्डलों, तहसीलों, पंचायत समितियों तथा पंचायतों के पुनर्गठन के मुद्दे पर विचार करने एवं अपनी सिफारिष देने के लिए निम्नलिखित सदस्यों की समिति का गठन करते हैं।
1. श्री ओम प्रकाष धनखड़ —षि मंत्री।
2. श्री मुनीष ग्रोवर राज्य मंत्री सहकारिता।
3. श्री —ष्ण कुमार सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्री।
4. श्री करण देव कंबोज राज्य मंत्री, खादय और आपूर्ति।
1. समिति को उसके विचार-विमर्ष में वित्तायुक्त राजस्व एवं अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव राजस्व तथा प्रधान सचिव, विकास एवं पंचायत द्वारा सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।
2. अपना कार्य करने के लिए, समिति यदि चाहे, तो किसी विधायक को संबद्ध कर सकती है।
3. इस समिति का कार्यकाल अक्तूबर, 2019 के अन्त में समाप्त होगा।
संदर्भ की शर्तें
• नागरिक सेवाओं तक बेहतर पहुंच प्रदान करने और प्रषासनिक क्षमता लाने, सरकार के विभिन्न स्तरों में समन्वय लाने और सेवाओं के बेहतर वितरण के उद्देष्य हेतु उप-मण्डलों, तहसीलों, उप-तहसीलों, पंचायत समितियों और पंचायतों की प्रषासनिक इकाईयों के पुनर्गठन के मुद्दे का परीक्षण करेगी। • यह विभिन्न जनसांख्यिकीय, प्रषासनिक, आर्थिक, भौगोलिक और अन्य प्रासंगिक कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुये इन इकाइयों के पुनर्गठन को निर्धारित करने के लिए व्यापक सिद्धांतों/दिषानिर्देषों को बनाने/सिफारिष करेगी।

No. 803.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a committee comprising the following members to consideration and make its recommendation on the issue of re-organization of Sub-divisions, Tehsils, Sub-tehsils, Panchayat Samitis and Panchayats :–
1. Sh. Om Prakash Dhankar Agriculture Minister
2. Sh. Munish Grover MoS, Cooperation (I/C)
3. Sh. Krishan Kumar MoS, SJ & EM
4. Sh. Karan Dev Kamboj MoS, Food & Supplies
1. The Committee will be assisted by FCR & ACS Revenue and Principal Secretary Development and Panchayats in its deliberations.
2. The Committee may associate any MLA if is so desires in the discharge of its functions.
3. The tenure of this committee will expire at the end of October 2019.
4. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Chandigarh.
Terms of Reference
• The Committee will examine the issue of reorganization of administrative units of Sub-divisions, Tehsils, Sub-tehsils, Panchayat Samitis and Panchayats with the objective of providing better access to citizen services and to bring about administrative efficiencies, synergies across different levels of the government and for better delivery of services.
• It will make/recommend broad principles/guidelines for determining the reorganization of these units keeping in mind various demographic, administrative, economic, geographical and other relevant factors.
• It will also suggest a plan for reorganization of the administrative units in the State.
