संख्या 2756/एम०ए०- चूंकि, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल के विचार मे आया है कि प्रतिबंधित में अनधिकृत व्यक्तियों के प्रवेष को रोकने के लिए सावधानी बरती जाएगी।

इसलिये अब भारत सरकार राजपत्र दिनांक 27.05.1967 में प्रकाषित भारत सरकार गृह अधिसूचना संख्या का० आ० 1788 दिनांक 19.05.1967 के साथ पठित शासकीय गुप्त बात अधिनियम, 1923 (केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 19) की धारा 2 खण्ड (घ) तथा अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव हरियाणा सरकार, न्याय प्रषासन चण्डीगढ़ के यादि 30/1/2018-5 जे०जे० (1)/दिनांक 26.07.2018 द्वारा राज्य के सभी उपायुक्तों को अधिसूचना जारी करने की शक्तियां प्रदान करने के फलस्वरूप प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसमें नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 1 में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थान को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनो के लिए प्रतिषिद्ध स्थान में घोषित करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

No. 2756/M.A.— Whereas, the Governor of Haryana considers it expedient that precautions shall be taken to prevent the entry of unauthorized persons into certain places;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-clause (d) of Clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act. 1923 (Central Act 19 of 1923) read with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. S.O. 1788, dated the 19.05.1967, published in the Government of India Gazette dated 27.05.1967 and power conferred to all Deputy Commissioners by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Administrative & Justice Department Haryana, Chandigarh. I, hereby declare the place specified in column I of the schedule given below to be a prohibited place for the purposes of the said Act, namely :-
