दिनांक 21 फरवरी, 2019

संख्या 6005/अ०क०-3-2019/2713.— पंजाब आबकारी अधिनियम, 1914 (1914 का पंजाब अधिनियम 1), की धारा 56 द्वारा प्रदत्त की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, दि सैकण्ड इन कमाण्ड ऑफ 111 राकेट रैजीमैन्ट ऐट अम्बाला, पीन-926111, मार्फत 56 ए.पी.ओ. द्वारा दिनांक 21 से 28 फरवरी, 2019 को मनाये जाने वाले स्थापना दिवस समारोह के सम्बन्ध में कैन्टीन स्टोरेज डिपार्टमैन्टस, अम्बाला छावनी से निशुल्क प्राप्त करने के बाद, भारत में बनी विदेशी मदिरा को निम्नलिखित मात्रा को हरियाणा में आयात करने के लिए आबकारी शुल्क लगाने से सम्बन्धित, उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन धारा 31 तथा फीस की अदायगी से सम्बन्धित धारा 34 के उपबन्धों से, इसमें, इसके साथ, उल्लिखित शर्तों के अधीन रखते हुए, छूट देते हैं :-

(i) कि भारत में बनी विदेशी मदिरा की खपत केवल स्थापना दिवस समारोह दिनांक 21 से 28 फरवरी, 2019 के दौरान की जाएगी,

(ii) कि उसकी कोई मात्रा बेची नहीं जाएगी, तथा

(iii) कि पूर्वोक्त समारोह के दौरान उपभोग न की गई मात्रा पर आबकारी शुल्क देय होगा।

भारत में बनी विदेशी मदिरा तथा बीयर की मात्रा :-

यह छूट वित्त्त्त विभाग द्वारा उनके अषासकीय क्रमांक 3/5/2014-2 एफ0जी0-1/3291(15), दिनांक 06 अप्रैल, 2015 द्वारा यथा सूचित शक्तियों के प्रत्यायोजन के दृष्टिगत दी जा रही है।संजीव कौशल, अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी व कराधान विभाग। (789) 790 HARYANA GOVT. Notification

The 21st February, 2019

No. 6005/E.T.-3-2019/2713.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Punjab Act 1 of 1914), the Governor of Haryana hereby exempts the following quantity of Indian Made Foreign Liquor to be imported in Haryana by the Second in Command of 111 Rocket Regiment at Ambala, PIN– 926111 C/o 56 APO after obtaining gratis from Canteen Stores Department Depot, Ambala Cantonment in connection with Celebration of Raising Day from 21st February to 28th February, 2019 from the provisions of section 31 relating to imposition of excise duty and those of section 34 to the payment of fee of the said Act, subject to the conditions hereinafter mentioned:-

(i) that the said Indian Made Foreign Liquor shall be consumed only during the Celebration of Raising Day from 21st February to 28th February, 2019,

(ii) that no sale of any quantity thereof shall be made, and

(iii) that excise duty shall be payable on the quantity not consumed during aforesaid celebration.

QUANTITY OF INDIAN MADE FOREIGN LIQUOR AND BEER:-

The exemption is being given in view of the delegation of powers as conveyed by the Finance Department vide their U.O. No. 3/5/2014-2FG-I/3291(15), dated the 6th April, 2015.
