सत्कार संगठन, हरियाणा की वर्ष 2017-2018 की प्रषासनिक रिपोर्ट की समीक्षा।

संख्या डी० एच० ओ० एच०-2019/767.— सत्कार संगठन हरियाणा का मुख्य कार्य माननीय अतिथियों के लिए, जिन्हें राज्य सरकार ''राज्य अतिथि'' मानती है, खाने-पीने तथा ठहरने की व्यवस्था करना है। इसके अतिरिक्त इस विभाग द्वारा मन्त्रीगण, विधायकगण, अधिकारियों तथा कर्मचारियों व उनको मिलने आने वाले आगन्तुकों के लिए चाय, काफी, कोल्ड ड्रिन्कस, ब्रेक फास्ट, लन्च तथा डिनर की सुविधाओं का भी उचित दरों पर प्रबन्ध किया जाता है।
वर्ष 2017-18 में सत्कार संगठन, हरियाणा के अधीन 8 यूनिटस कार्यरत रही, जिन्होंने अपना कार्य सन्तोषजनक रूप से निभाया। हरियाणा निवास इस संगठन की एक अति महत्वपूर्ण यूनिट है जिस द्वारा चण्डीगढ़ व हरियाणा में पधारने वाले राजकीय अतिथियों व महत्वपूर्ण व्यक्तियों के ठहरने तथा खाने-पीने के प्रबन्ध किए जाते हैं। इस संगठन की एक अन्य यूनिट विधायक होस्टल कैन्टीन चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा हरियाणा विधान सभा के सदस्यों तथा अन्य आगन्तुकों के लिए चाय व खाने-पीने के प्रबन्ध किए जाते हैं। इस संगठन की दो और महत्वपूर्ण यूनिटस हरियाणा राजकीय अतिथिगृह, चाण्क्यपुरी तथा हरियाणा भवन कैन्टीन, नई दिल्ली में स्थित है। जिनके द्वारा माननीय मुख्य मन्त्री, मन्त्रीगण, संसद सदस्यों, विधान सभा सदस्यों व अन्य अधिकारियों/आगन्तुकों को बैड टी, नाष्ता, दोपहर/रात्रि का भोजन तथा स्नैक्स आदि की सुविधा प्रदान की जाती है। शेष यूनिटस जैसे सिविल सचिवालय कैन्टीन, चण्डीगढ़, नव सचिवालय कैन्टीन, चण्डीगढ,़ विधान सभा कैन्टीन, चण्डीगढ़ तथा शक्ति भवन कैन्टीन, पंचकूला द्वारा हरियाणा सरकार के अधिकारियों /कर्मचारियों के लिए उचित दरों पर चाय, कॉफी, मिठाईयांंॅ, दोपहर का साधारण भोजन व अन्य खाने-पीने की वस्तुओं की सुविधा प्रदान की जाती है ।
हरियाणा निवास को छोड़कर सत्कार संगठन की सभी यूनिटस द्वारा सर्व किए जा रहे खाद्य पदार्थों की बिक्री दरें सरकार द्वारा प्रत्येक वर्ष "कच्चे माल की वास्तविक कीमत जमा 5 प्रतिशत'' के आधार पर निर्धारित/संशोधित की जाती हैं । हरियाणा निवास में पधारे राज्य अतिथियों को खाने-पीने व ठहरने की सुविधा निःशुल्क प्रदान की जाती है, जबकि पेईंग गैस्टस से "कच्चे माल की वास्तविक कीमत जमा 20 प्रतिशत विभागीय चार्जिज़'' की दर से चार्ज किया जाता है । चण्डीगढ़ः दिनांक 22 नवम्बर, 2018

HARYANA FOR THE YEAR 2017-18.

No. DHOH-2019/767.— The main function of this Organisation is to make arrangements for the boarding and lodging of the State Guests declared by government. Another function of the Hospitality Organisation is to provide facilities of tea, snacks, coffee, cold-drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable rates to the Hon'ble Chief Minister, Ministers, Legislatures, Officers, Officials and other visitors in both the Secretariats, Vidhan Sabha, Haryana Niwas, M.L.A.'s Hostel at Chandigarh, Shakti Bhawan at Panchkula and at Haryana Bhawan & Chankyapuri Guest House, New Delhi.
Hospitality Organisation, Haryana comprises of eight units which worked satisfactory during the year 2017- 2018. The Haryana Niwas, is an important unit of this Organisation, which is meant for making arrangements of boarding and lodging for the VVIP's and State Guests during their visits to Haryana State and Chandigarh. One unit of this Organisation, MLA's Hostel Canteen, Chandigarh provides Bed-tea, Breakfast, lunch/dinner to Members of State Legislative Assembly and other visitors at Chandigarh. Two other important units of this organization are situated in Haryana State Guest House, Chanakyapuri and Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi that also provide Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch/dinner and snacks to the Hon'ble Chief Minister, Ministers, Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly and other officers/visitors. The remaining units namely Civil Secretariat Canteen, Chandigarh, New Secretariat Canteen, Chandigarh, Vidhan Sabha Canteen, Chandigarh and Shakti Bhawan Canteen, Panchkula provide facilities of tea, coffee, sweets, snacks, simple meal to the officers/officials at reasonable price.
The rates of the various eatables being served by the units of Hospitality Organsation, Haryana except Haryana Niwas are fixed/reviewed in accordance with the actual cost of raw material plus 5% by Government every year. In Haryana Niwas the boarding and lodging arrangements for State Guests are made free of cost and paying guests are charged in accordance with the actual cost of raw material plus 20% departmental Charges.
