संख्या 32/16/2013-4आई0बी0-1.- चूँकि, भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 (1894 का अधिनियम 1), की धारा 6 के अधीन जारी की गई, हरियाणा सरकार, उद्योग तथा वाणिज्य विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 32/16/2013-4आई0बी0-1, दिनांक 16 नवम्बर, 2018 में विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि, सरकार द्वारा, सरकारी खर्च पर, सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन अर्थात् हरियाणा राज्य औद्योगिक अवसंरचना तथा विकास निगम लिमिटिड द्वारा गांव खरखड़ा तथा डूंगरवास, तहसील तथा जिला रेवाड़ी, में मास रैपिड ट्रांसपोेर्ट सिस्टम और सम्बधित उपयोगों जोकि दिल्ली-मुंबई औद्योगिक कॉरिडोर परियोजना के अंतर्गत एक अरली बर्ड परियोजना के विकास हेतु अपेक्षित घोषित की गई है।
इसलिए, अब, भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम, 1894 (1894 का अधिनियम 1), की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, जिला राजस्व अधिकारी-एवं-भूमि अर्जन कलक्टर, रेवाड़ी को निर्देष देते हैं कि वे पूर्वोक्त अधिसूचना के साथ प्रकाषित घोषणा से संलग्न विषिष्टियों में वर्णित भूमि के अर्जन के लिए आदेष लें।

Order
The 25th February, 2019
No. 32/16/2013-4IB-I.— Whereas, the land specified in the Haryana Government, Industries and Commerce Department, notification No. 32/16/2013-4IB-I, dated the 16th November, 2018 issued under Section–6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894), has been declared to be needed by the Government, at public expense, for a public purpose, namely, for development of Mass Rapid Transport System and allied uses, an early bird project under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project, in villages Kharkhada and Dungarwas tahsil and district Rewari, by Haryana State Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section–7 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act 1 of 1894), the Governor of Haryana hereby directs the District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Rewari to take order for the acquisition of the land described in specifications appended to the declaration published with the aforesaid notification.
