संख्या सा०का०नि० 15/संवि०/अनु० 309/2019 ़- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, सत्कार संगठन (गु्रप-ग) सेवा नियम, 1986 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा सत्कार संगठन (गु्रप-ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2019, कहे जा सकते हैं ।
2. हरियाणा सत्कार संगठन (गु्रप-ग) सेवा नियम, 1986 में, परिषिष्ट ख में, खाना 1, 2, 3 तथा 4 के नीचे.-, (I) क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात् :-
''1 पर्यवेक्षक (i) मान्यताप्राप्त विष्वविद्यालय
से स्नातक ;
(ii) किसी ख्याति प्राप्त होटल/ रेस्तरां
पदोन्नति द्वारा- सहायक के रूप में पांच वर्ष का अनुभव; स्थानान्तरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा - (i) पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में पांच वर्ष का अनुभव;
तथा
(ii) मैट्रिक स्तर तक या उच्चतर षिक्षा में में खान-पान में तीन वर्ष के अनुभव सहित किसी मान्यताप्राप्त खान-पान संस्था का प्रमाण-पत्र ; तथा (iii) मैट्रिक स्तर तक या उच्चतर षिक्षा में
हिन्दी/संस्कृत।"।
हिन्दी/संस्कृत ;
(II) क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात् :-
(i) 10़़2़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़ ; (ii) मैट्रिक स्तर तक या उच्चतर षिक्षा में
पदोन्नति द्वारा- (i) आषुटंकक के रूप में तीन वर्ष का
अनुभव ; तथा
हिन्दी/संस्कृत;
"4. कनिष्ठ वेतनमान आषुलिपिक
(ii) 80 षब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से हिन्दी आषुलिपि में तथा 15 षब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से उसका प्रतिलेखन या 100 षब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से अंग्रेजी आषुलिपि मे तथा उसका प्रतिलेखन 20 षब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से विभागीय (iii) 80 षब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से हिन्दी आषुलिपि में तथा 15 षब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से उसका प्रतिलेखन या 100 षब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से अंग्रेजी आषुलिपि मे तथा उसका प्रतिलेखन 20 षब्द प्रति मिनट की गति से विभागीय
परीक्षा में उाीर्ण हो;
परीक्षा में उाीर्ण हो; स्थानान्तरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा - (i) कनिष्ठ वेतनमान आशुलिपिक के रूप में तीन वर्ष का
अनुभव ;
(ii) मैट्रिक स्तर तक या उच्चतर षिक्षा में

''7. काऊंटर लिपिक
(i) 10़़2़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़ ; (ii) मैट्रिक स्तर तक या उच्चतर षिक्षा में
हिन्दी/संस्कृत;
पदोन्नति द्वारा - ग्रुप ग कर्मचारियों या ग्रुप घ कर्मचारियों के रूप में या ऐसे रूप में पांच वर्ष का संयुक्त अनुभव सहित 10़़2़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़़;
(iii) किसी प्रख्यात होटल/रेस्तरां में दो वर्ष
स्थानान्तरण द्वारा- (i) कांऊटर लिपिक के रूप में दो वर्ष का
अनुभव ; तथा
(ii) मैट्रिक स्तर तक या उच्चतर षिक्षा में का अनुभव ; या किसी मान्यताप्राप्त खान-पान संस्था का उपाधि पत्र, प्रमाण - पत्र होना चाहिए।

Notification
The 22nd February, 2019
No. G.S.R. 15/Const./Art. 309/2019.― In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Hospitality Organisation (Group-C) Service Rules, 1986, namely :-
1 These rules may be called the Haryana Hospitality Organisation (Group-C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
2 In the Haryana Hospitality Organisation (Group-C) Service Rules, 1986, in APPENDIX B, under columns 1, 2, 3 and 4 ;-
(I) against serial number 1, for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"1 Supervisor (i) Graduate of a recognised
university ;
(ii) Certificate of a recognised
by promotion- five years experience as Assistant ; by transfer or deputation- (i) five years experience as Supervisor;
and
Institute of Catering with 3 years Experience in some Hotel / Restaurant of repute ; and
(ii) Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric Standard (iii) Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric
or Higher Education." ;
Standard or Higher Education
(II) against serial number 4, for the existing entries the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
(i) 10+2 ; (ii) Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric
by promotion - (i) Three years experience as "4. Junior Scale Stenographer
Standard or Higher Education
Stenotypist; and
(iii) Qualifies Junior Scale
(ii) should qualify the departmental test in Hindi shorthand at the speed of 80 words per minute and transcription thereof at 15 words per minute or English Shorthand at the speed of 100 words per minute and transcription thereof at 20 words per minute Stenographer's test in Hindi Shorthand at the speed of 80 words per minute and transcription thereof at 15 words per minute or English Shorthand at the speed of 100 words per minute and transcription thereof at 20 words per minute ; and by transfer or deputation– (i) three years experience as Junior Scale
Stenographer; and
(ii) Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric or Higher
Education.";
(III) against serial number 7, for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
"7. Counter Clerk
(i) 10+2 ; (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric
Standard or Higher Education ;
(iii) Two years experience in some
by promotion – 10+2 with five years experience as Group-C emplyees or Group-D employees or combined experience as such by transfer or deputation - (i) Two years experience as Counter
Clerk ; and ;
Hotel/Restaurant of Repute ; or should have a diploma /certificate of a recognised Catering Institute; and ;
(ii) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard
or Higher Education.".
