The 27th February, 2019

No. 62 Gaz.II/XXI.C.25.— In Supersession of earlier Notification No. 153 Gaz.II/XXI.C.25 dated 27.07.2011 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (2) of Section 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 Act 2 of 1974, Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to upgrade the CBI Magisterial Court Panchkula by vesting powers of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, for trial of offences committed within the State of Haryana and investigated by Delhi Police Establishment (Central Bureau of Investigation), Government of India.
