क्रमांक 02/7/2019-2श्रम.— कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 63) की धारा 8 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस संबध में पूर्व में जारी की गई सभी अधिसूचनाओं का अधिक्रमण करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, उक्त उप-धारा के प्रयोजन के लिए श्रम आयुक्त, हरियाणा को मुख्य निरीक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करते है।

No. 2/07/2019-2lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 8 of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act 63 of 1948), and in supersession of all the earlier Notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Labour Commissioner, Haryana, to be the Chief Inspector for the purpose of said sub-section.
