No. 64 Gaz.II/XXI.C.25.— Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer ex-post facto powers under Sub-Section (1) of Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 Act (2 of 1974), upon Sh. Kapil Rathi, Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.) as Special Judicial Magistrate, CBI Court, Panchkula for all districts of the State of Haryana for the trial and to commit for trail, pertaining the cases investigated by Delhi Police Establishment (Central Bureau of Investigation), Government of India, from the date he assumed the charge.
