The 8th March, 2019
No. 5/21/2018-1AR.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 15 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act 22 of 2005) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana, hereby, on the recommendation of the Committee as specified in the above said sub-section, appoints the following as State Information Commissioner in the State Information Commission, Haryana with effect from the date of their joining as such after taking the requisite oath:–
1. Lt. Gen. Kamal Jit Singh, PVSM AVSM and Bar (Retd.),
A-1/33-GF, DLF Valley Bhagwanpur, Panchkula.
2. Mrs. Kamaldeep Bhandari,
H. No. 213-A, Kathlour Colony, Dhaki Road, Pathankot.
3. Mr. Jai Singh Bishnoi,
H. No. 117, Sector 15-A, Hisar, Haryana.
