Notification

The 8th March, 2019

No. S.O. 19/H.A. 31/2008/S.2/2019.— In the exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 2 of the Haryana Underground Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 2008 (31 of 2008), the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority, to perform the functions of the competent authority under the said Act, within the jurisdiction of the Gurugram Metropolitan Area notified under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2017.
