संख्या सा०का०नि० 17/संवि०/अनु० 309/2019.― भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के साथ पठित अनुच्छेद 233 द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, पंजाब तथा हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्ष से, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा वरिष्ठ न्यायिक सेवा नियम, 2007, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा वरिष्ठ न्यायिक सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2019, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा वरिष्ठ न्यायिक सेवा नियम, 2007 में, नियम 6 में, उप-नियम (1) में, खण्ड (क) में,-

No. G.S.R. 17/Const./Art. 309/2019.— In exercise of the powers conferred by article 233 read with the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana, in consultation with the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Superior Judicial Service Rules, 2007, namely: -
1. These Rules may be called the Haryana Superior Judicial Service (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
2. In the Haryana Superior Judicial Service Rules, 2007 (hereinafter called the said rules) in rule 6, in sub-rule (1), in clause (a), -
(i) for the sign ";", existing at the end, the sign ":" shall be substituted; and
(ii) the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -
