No. GA/2019/1039-1041.— As per Government instruction/authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000- 3JJ(I), dated 14-05-2018, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) of Section-20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, I, Dr. G. Anupama, IAS, Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad hereby appoints the following officers as Special Executive Magistrates posted in Nuh district from 12-03-2019 to till the completion of Election process to cope with the requirement of maintenance of Law & Order in Nuh district in public interest:-
