संख्या 21-60/आर0ए0/2019/1515.— पंजाब भू-राजस्व अधिनियम 1887 की धारा-32 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं, विनय सिंह, भा०प्र०से०, आयुक्त, हिसार मण्डल, हिसार, हरियाणा सरकार, राजस्व विभाग द्वारा जारी आदेष/अधिसूचना क्रमांक का०आ० 254/पं०अ०17/1887/धा०3/99 दिनांक 31-12-1999 जिसके द्वारा तहसील डबवाली ज़िला सिरसा में स्थित राजस्व सम्पदा अबूबशहर को दो राजस्व सम्पदाओं क्रमषः अबूबषहर (हदबस्त संख्या 271) व नया राजपुरा (हदबस्त संख्या 329) में बांटा गया था, की अनुपालना में निर्देषित करता हूँ कि-
(1) दिनांक 31-12-1999 को जारी अधिसूचना में उल्लेखित खसरा नम्बरों के अनुसार दोनों राजस्व सम्पदाओं की अलग-2 जमाबन्दियाँ बनाई जायें। जमाबन्दियां बनाते समय घ्यान रखा जाये कि नोटिफिकेषन दिनांक 31-12-1999 में उल्लेखित खसरा नम्बरों में दिनांक 15-03-2019 तक की अवधि तक जितने भी इन्तकाल मंजूर हुए हैं या होने हैं उनका अमल मौजा अबूबषहर एवं नया राजपुरा की जमाबन्दियां बनाते समय कर लिया जाये।
(2) दिनांक 15-03-2019 के बाद मौजा नया राजपुरा का अलग से इन्तकाल रजिस्टर लगाया जाये जो क्रम संख्या 1 से शुरू होगा। इससे पूर्व के इन्तकालात के सन्दर्भ के लिए इन्तकालात रजिस्टर मौजा अबूबषहर को देखा जायेगा। इसी प्रकार इस मौजा का रोजनामचा व अन्य राजस्व रिकार्ड अलग से बनाया जाये।
(3) मौजा अबूबषहर की अविभाजित अवधि के इन्तकाल रजिस्टर फील्डबुक व अन्य राजस्व रिकार्ड सम्बन्धित हल्का पटवारी अबूबषहर के रक्षण में रहेंगें। उक्त फील्डबुक के जो खसरा नंबर नई बनी राजस्व सम्पदा नया राजपुरा से सम्बन्धित हैं उनका माप एवं रकबा वही माना जायेगा जो उस खसरा नंबर के लिए विगत इस्तेमाल के समय बनी फील्डबुक में दर्षाया गया है। (4) दोनों राजस्व सम्पदाओं के अलग-2 षिजरा बनाये जायेंगें जिसमें उनकी हदबन्दी का उल्लेख होगा व यदि किसी खसरा नम्बर का विभाजन हुआ है तो उसे भी षिजरा में दर्षाया जायेगा।
जिला कलैक्टर, सिरसा उक्त कार्य अपनी देखरेख में एक मास में सम्पन्न करवायेंगें।

Notification

No. 21-60/RA/2019/1515.— In compliance of notification no. 254/P.A.17/1887/S-3/99 dated 31.12.1999, vide which revenue estate of Abub Shahar, Tehsil Dabwali, District Sirsa was bifurcated in two revenue estates namely Abubshahar (Hadbast No. 271) and New Rajpura (Hadbast No.329), I, Vinay Singh, IAS, Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar, exercising powers under section 32 of Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887, direct as under:-
(1) That separate jamabandies of khasra numbers, as described in notification dated 31.12.1999, shall be prepared for both revenue estates. While preparing jamabandis, it needs to be kept in mind that khasra numbers as described in notification dated 31.12.1999 should be updated by incorporating the mutations sanctioned or that would be sanctioned till 15.03.2019 in revenue estates of Abubshahar and New Rajpura.
(2) After 15.03.1999, separate mutation register of revenue estate of New Rajpura be prepared whose serial number will start from no. 1. For mutations effected prior to the above said date, mutation register of revenue estate of Abubshahar shall be referred. Likewise, separate rojnamcha and other revenue records will be prepared for this revenue estate.
(3) Mutation Register, Field Book and other revenue records of Abubshahar for the period prior to its division will be kept in the custody of Halqa Patwari Abubshahar. Measurement and area of those khasra numbers of the said Field Book which are relating to New Rajpura will be considered as such as mentioned in old Field Book for those khasra numbers.
(4) Shijra of both revenue estates will be prepared separately, describing their boundaries and if some khasra number has been divided, it shall be depicted in shijra also.
District Collector, Sirsa shall get this task accomplished within one month under his supervision.
