Notification
The 28th March, 2019
No. MS/HALSA/5(18)3902.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act, 39 of 1987), the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/5(18) dated 20th April, 1998 of the High Court Legal Services Committee to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or assigned under the Act:
1. In the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 as amended vide Notification No. MS/HALSA/5(18)01 dated 01.01.2019, the following entry shall be substituted in place of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sharma, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh w.e.f. 02.04.2019.
