संख्या सा०का०नि० 20/संविधान/अनु० 309/2019 ़- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा राज्य पुरातत्व विभाग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा नियम, 1980, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा राज्य पुरातत्व विभाग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2019, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा राज्य पुरातत्व विभाग (ग्रुप ख) सेवा नियम, 1980, (जिन्हें इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 5 में, ''40 वर्ष'' अंकों तथा षब्द के स्थान पर, ''बयालीस वर्ष'' षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेंगे। 144 HARYANA GOVT. The 29th March, 2019
No. G.S.R. 20/Const./Art. 309/2019.― In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana State Archaeology (Group B) Service Rules, 1980, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana State Archaeology (Group B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
2. In the Haryana State Archaeology (Group B) Service Rules, 1980, (hereinafter called the said rules), in rule 5, for the figure ''40'', the word and sign ''forty-two'' shall be substituted.
