No. GA/2019/1676-78.— As per Government instruction/authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000-3JJ(1), dated 14.05.2018, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, I, Dr. G.
