संख्या 10.- विद्युत (प्रदाय) अधिनियम, 1948 (अब निरस्त), की धारा 79 (सी) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल कार्यालय आदेष की तिथि से तत्कालीन हरियाणा राज्य बिजली बोर्ड के कार्यालय आदेष संख्या 33/आरईजी-18 दिनांक 27.02.1989 के तहत जारी पंजाब राज्य बिजली बोर्ड अभियंता (विद्युतीय) सेवा भर्ती विनियम, 1965 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन अधिसूचित करते हैः-
(i) सहायक अभियंता के रूप में उनकी पदोन्नति के लिए अभियान्त्रिकी अधीनस्थ की पदवी सूची अभियान्त्रिकी परीक्षा अथवा सहसदस्य अभियंता संस्थान से स्नातक उतीर्ण करने तथा संवर्ग में 5 वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण करने के बाद सामान्य रूप से प्रत्येक वर्ष के जनवरी के पहले दिन तैयार की जाए तथा सभी संबंधितों को विधिवत अधिसूचित किया जाए।
(ii) पदवी सूची में योग्य उम्मीदवारों के नाम उनके अभियान्त्रिकी परीक्षा अथवा सहसदस्य अभियंता संस्थान से स्नातक उत्तीर्ण करने की तिथि के अनुसार तैयार की जाएगी। कनिष्ठ अभियंता के नामों जिन्होंने आगामी वर्षों के दौरान सहसदस्य अभियंता संस्थान से स्नातक की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है, को पदवी सूची में उम्मीदवारों के नामों के नीचे जोड़ा जाएगा, जिन्होंने उक्त परीक्षा पहले के वर्षों में उत्तीर्ण कर ली है।
2. ये संषोधन 27.02.1989 अर्थात कार्यालय आदेष जारी करने की वास्तविक तिथि से लागू माने जाएंगे।

Notification

No. 10.— In exercise of powers conferred under Section 79 (c) of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (now repealed), the Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the following amendment in the 'PSEB Service of Engineers (Electrical) Recruitment Regulation, 1965' issued by erstwhile HSEB vide Office Order No. 33/REG–18 dated 27.02.1989 w.e.f. date of office order:–
(i) The Ranking list of Engineering Subordinates for their promotion as A.E. after having qualified the AMIE/BE examination and completion of 5 years service in the Cadre, may normally be prepared on first day of January of each year and duly notified to all concerned.
(ii) The names of eligible candidates in the Ranking List, will be arranged in order of their dates of passing AMIE/BE Examination. The name(s) of the JEs who qualify the AMIE/BE Examination during the subsequent years, will be added in, the Ranking List below the name(s) of the candidates, who have passed the said Exam. in the earlier years.
2. These amendments deemed to have come into force with effect from 27.02.1989 i.e. actual date of issuance of office order.
