संख्या 13.- विद्युत (प्रदाय) अधिनियम, 1948 (अब निरस्त), की धारा 79 (सी) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल कार्यालय आदेष की तिथि से तत्कालीन हरियाणा राज्य बिजली बोर्ड के कार्यालय आदेष संख्या 98/आरईजी-18/एल दिनांक 12.04.1991 के तहत जारी पंजाब राज्य बिजली बोर्ड अभियंता (विद्युतीय) सेवा भर्ती विनियम, 1965 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन अधिसूचित करते हैः-

संषोधन

(i) विनियम-2 के उप नियम (ए) की उप-धारा (ii) की धारा (जी) प्रतिस्थापित हो गया और उसे निम्न प्रकार से पढ़ा जाएगाः-

थर्मल/विद्युत ताप संयन्त्र/हाईडल जलीय/भाखड़ा ब्यास प्रबन्ध बोर्ड आदि के उत्पादन संवर्ग के लिए।

अभियन्ता अधीनस्थ से अभिप्राय है विद्युतीय/अभियान्त्रिक में 3 वर्ष का डिप्लोमा रखने वाले कनिष्ठ अभियन्ता/थर्मल नियंत्रक, मास्टर फोरमैन, वरिष्ट पर्यवेक्षक तथा फोरमैन ग्रेड-1

(ii) विनियम-9 के उप नियम (i) की उप धारा (i) की धारा (सी) प्रतिस्थापित किया गया है और वह निम्न प्रकार से पढ़ा जाएगाः-

विनियम-2 (जी)(ii) में यथा परिभाषित उत्पादन संवर्ग के अधीनस्थों में से तथा नियंत्रकों, मास्टर फोरमैन, वरिष्ठ पर्यवेक्षक तथा फोरमैन, वर्ग-I के रूप में 5 वर्षों की सेवा।

2. ये संषोधन 12.04.1991 अर्थात्‌ कार्यालय आदेष जारी करने की वास्तविक तिथि से लागू माने जाएंगे।

No. 13.— In exercise of powers conferred under Section 79 (c) of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (now repealed), the Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the following amendment in the ‗PSEB Service of Engineers (Electrical) Recruitment Regulation, 1965' issued by erstwhile HSEB vide Office Order No. 98/REG-18/L dated 12.04.1991 w.e.f. date of office order:–

Amendment

(i) Sub-Clause (ii) of clause (g) of Sub Regulation (A) of Regulation-2 stands substituted and read as follows:–

―For Generation Cadre consisting of Thermals /Hydel/BBMB etc.

―Engineering Subordinate‖ means Junior Engineers/Thermal, Controllers, Master Foremen, Sr. Supervisors and Foreman Gr-I, having at least 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.‖

(ii) Sub-Clause (i) of clause (c) of Sub Regulation (1) of Regulation-9 stands substituted and read as follows:-

―From amongst the Engineering subordinates of Generation cadre as defined in Regulation-2 (g)(ii) with 5 years service as Controllers, Master Foreman, Sr. Supervisors and Foreman, Gr.-I.‖

2. These amendments deemed to have come into force with effect from 12.04.1991 i.e. actual date of issuance of office order.
