दिनांक 19 अप्रैल, 2019 संख्या 19.- विद्युत (प्रदाय) अधिनियम, 1948 (अब निरस्त), की धारा 79 (सी) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल कार्यालय आदेष की तिथि से तत्कालीन हरियाणा राज्य बिजली बोर्ड के कार्यालय आदेष संख्या 168/आरईजी-21/एल-II दिनांक 20.10.1993 के तहत जारी पंजाब राज्य बिजली बोर्ड अभियंता (विद्युतीय) सेवा भर्ती विनियम, 1965 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन अधिसूचित करते हैः-

i) अभियान्त्रिकी अधीनस्थों के संवर्ग में 5 वर्षों की सेवा पूरी करने तथा सहसदस्य अभियंता संस्था/अभियान्त्रिकी स्नातक की योग्यता अर्जन करने पर पदोन्नति के लिए योग्यता का निर्धारण किया जाएगा। सहसदस्य अभियंता संस्था/अभियान्त्रिकी स्नातक की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने तथा 5 वर्षों के अनुभव की दोनों षर्तों के संतोषजनक होने पर योग्यता निर्धारित की जाएगी। कर्मचारी के नाम(मों) को पदवी सूची में उस स्थिति से दर्ज किया जाएगा जिस तिथि से वे दोनों षर्तों को पूरा करते हैं। यदि उम्मीदवार सहसदस्य अभियंता संस्था/ अभियान्त्रिकी स्नातक की पात्रता धारक अभियान्त्रिकी अधीनस्थ के रूप में भर्ती होता है, तो पदोन्नति के लिए उसकी पात्रता पर पद के 5 वर्ष के अनुभव के बाद ही विचार किया जाएगा।

ii) सहायक अभियंता के रूप में पदोन्नति के लिए अभियान्त्रिकी अधीनस्थों की पदवी सूची, सामान्यतः प्रत्येक वर्ष प्रथम जनवरी तैयार की जाएगी तथा सभी संबंधितों को विधिवत रूप से अधिसूचित की जाएगी। पात्र उम्मीदवार(रों) के नाम(मों) को उस तिथि से सख्ती पूर्वक पदवी सूची में दर्ज किया जाएगा, जिस तिथि से कर्मचारी दोनों षर्तें यानी अभियान्त्रिकी अधीनस्थों की 5 वर्षों की सेवा तथा सहसदस्य अभियंता संस्था/अभियान्त्रिकी स्नातक की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करके पूरी कर लेगा। यदि दो या इससे अधिक कर्मचारी उसी तिथि को दोनों षर्तें पूरी करते हैं, तो पदवी सूची में नाम अभियान्त्रिकी अधीनस्थों में उनकी मूल वरिष्ठता के अनुसार दर्ज किए जाएंगे।

2. ये संषोधन 20.10.1993 अर्थात्‌ कार्यालय आदेष जारी करने की वास्तविक तिथि से लागू माने जाएंगे।

No. 19.— In exercise of powers conferred under Section 79 (c) of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (now repealed), the Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the following amendment in the 'PSEB Service of Engineers (Electrical) Recruitment Regulation, 1965' issued by erstwhile HSEB vide Office Order No. 168/REG-21/L-II dated 20.10.1993 w.e.f. date of office order:–

i) The determination of the eligibility for promotion will be the acquisition of qualification of AMIE/BE and completion of 5 years service in the cadre of Engineering Subordinates. The eligibility shall thus be determined on satisfying both the conditions i.e. passing of AMIE/BE examination and 5 years experience. The name(s) of the official will be entered in the ranking list from the date they complete both the conditions. If a candidate is recruited as Engineering subordinate having qualification of AMIE/BE, his eligibility for promotion will also be considered after he attained experience of 5 years on the post.

ii) The ranking list of Engineering subordinates for their promotion as AE, shall normally be prepared on 1st day of January of each year and duly notified to all concerned. The name(s) of the eligible candidate(s) in the ranking list will be entered strictly from the date the official fulfills both the conditions i.e. passing of AMIE/BE examination and completion of 5 years service of engineering subordinates. If two or more officials fulfill both the conditions on the same date, the names in the ranking list will be entered in accordance with their original seniority in the Engineering subordinates.

2. These amendments are deemed to have come into force with effect from 20.10.1993 i.e. actual date of issuance of Office Order.
