संख्या 5.- विद्युत (प्रदाय) अधिनियम, 1948 (अब निरस्त), की धारा 79 (सी) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल कार्यालय आदेष की तिथि से तत्कालीन हरियाणा राज्य बिजली बोर्ड के कार्यालय आदेष संख्या 260/ईजी-13 दिनांक 19.06.1987 के तहत जारी पंजाब राज्य बिजली बोर्ड अभियंता (विद्युतीय) सेवा भर्ती विनियम, 1965 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन अधिसूचित करते हैः-
ए) बोर्ड का आवासीय स्थान बनाए रखना जिस स्थान से वे विद्यमान शर्तों पर प्रशिक्षण के लिए भेजे जाते हैंं। बी) मकान किराया भत्ता सहित स्वीकार्य भत्ते ड्रा करना, यदि निजी आवास में रह रहे हैं जहां से वे प्रशिक्षण पर जाने से पहले नियुक्त थे।
सी) सम्पूर्ण प्रशिक्षण के लिए पूर्ण दैनिक भत्ता ड्रा करना क्योंकि उनको दो स्थापनाएं अनुरक्षित करनी हैं अर्थात एक प्रशिक्षण के स्टेशन पर तथा दूसरी उस जगह जहां उनके परिवार रह सकते हैं।
नोट-I विशेष भत्ता/स्थानीय आउटडोर डयूटी भत्ता, प्रोडक्शन बोनस तथा शिफ्ट डयूटी भत्ता प्रशिक्षण के दौरान स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा।
नोट-II उपरोक्त आदेश जी.टी.ए. के लिए लागू नहीं होंगे।
नोट-III बदरपुर के लिए प्रशिक्षण हेतु नियुक्त तथा थर्मल प्रोजेक्ट, फरीदाबाद में कार्यरत अधिकारियों को कार्यालय आदेश संख्या 469/बी.डी.-33 (427)84 दिनांक 25.02.87 के तहत जारी विद्यमान नियमों/अनुदेशों द्वारा टीए/डीए के संबध में निरंतर नियंत्रित रखा जाएगा।
2. ये संषोधन 19.06.1987 अर्थात् कार्यालय आदेष जारी होने की वास्तविक तिथि से लागू माने जाएंगे।

Notification
The 19th April, 2019
No. 5.— In exercise of powers conferred under Section 79 (c) of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 (now repealed), the Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the following amendment in the 'PSEB Service of Engineers (Electrical) Recruitment Regulation, 1965' issued by erstwhile HSEB vide Office Order No. 260/EG-13 dated 19.06.1987 w.e.f. date of office order:-
a) To retain Board's residential accommodation from the place they are sent on training on the existing terms and conditions.
b) To draw the admissible allowance including House Rent Allowance, if residing in private accommodation at the places where they were posted prior to proceeding on training.
c) To draw full daily allowance for whole of the training period as they will have to maintain two establishments i.e. one at the station of training and the other at the place where their families may stay.
Note-I Special allowance/Local Out-door duty allowance, Production Bonus and Shift duty Allowance shall not be admissible during the period of training.
Note-II The above orders would not be applicable to G.T. As.
NOTE-III Officers working on Thermal project, Faridabad and deputed for training to Badarpur would continure to be governed by the existing rules/instructions issued vide office Order No. 469/Bd-33(427)84 dated 25.02.87, regarding TA/DA
2. These amendments are deemed to have come into force with effect from 19.06.1987 i.e. actual date of issuance of Office Order.
