The 21st April, 2019
No. 23/12/2019-3 Power.— Three different nomenclatures i.e. HVPNL, UHBVNL & DHBVNL are being used for the Vigilance Directorate. To remove this discrepancy, it is notified to use HPUs (Haryana Power Utilities) in place of HVPNL, UHBVNL & DHBVNL henceforth to have better understanding and to match with the present scope of work and functioning of Vigilance Directorate.
The proposed nomenclature is notified as under:-
