No. 49/155/2015-6 HBII.— In Continuation of Government Notification No. 49/155/2015- 6-HBII dated 12.02.2019, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to reconstitute a "Special High Power Purchase Committee" as an institutional mechanism for the procurement and distribution of drugs and equipment and allied as under:-

The Quorum will be of 5 (five) members including Chairman/Vice Chairman and Member Secretary.
In the absence of Chairman, Vice-Chairman will preside over the meeting. The Committee may co-opt any other subject expert(s) as special invitee(s).
The case pertaining to finalization of one time purchase through tender and the finalization of the rate contract for purchase of Drugs, consumables, equipments etc. done by Haryana Medical Services Cooperation Ltd., will be placed before the Special High Powered Purchase Committee for consideration and decision.
