No. GA/2019/1845-47.— As per Government instruction/authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000-3JJ(1), dated 14.05.2018, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, I, Dr. G. Anupama, IAS, Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad hereby appoints the following officers as Executive Magistrates from 26.04.2019 to till the completion of Election process to cope with the requirement of maintenance of Law & Order in Nuh district in public interest:-
1. Sh. Dilbag Singh Dahiya, Estate Manager, HSIIDC, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
2. Sh. Arun Kumar Garg, AGM, HSIIDC, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
