Notification
The 3rd May, 2019
No. SEC/4E-II/2019/523.— Whereas, the State Election Commission vide its Notification No. SEC/3E- II/2016/3478, dated 01.04.2016 had notified the name of Smt Anju W/o Sh. Rajesh Kumar under section 161 (4) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 as elected Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Julana, District Jind.
2. And, Whereas, Deputy Commissioner, Jind vide his memo No. 2379/Panchayat, dated 24.04.2019 has informed that a meeting was held on 02.04.2019 to consider no confidence motion against Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Julana. Out of 26 members of the Panchayat Samiti, 23 had supported the no confidence motion. Hence, no confidence motion against the Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Julana has been passed and it has been requested to denotify her name accordingly.
3. In view of above, State Election Commission, Haryana hereby denotifies the name of Smt. Anju W/o Sh. Rajesh Kumar as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Julana, District Jind with immediate effect.
