Notification

No 6/28/2019-1Lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-14 of the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 (No. 53 of 1961) in supersession of all the notifications issued previously in this behalf from time to time, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the Welfare Officer (Women) of the Labour Department to be inspector for the purpose of the aforesaid Acts and Rules framed thereunder, within their respective jurisdiction in the State of Haryana.
